Named after a toddler's pronunciation of the word "happy," the Appy Daiba Toddlers' Play Room represents Minato Ward's first child-rearing recreation ground established within a private commercial facility. The facility aims to serve in he capacity of a spot where Infants and their guardians can enjoy themselves at their own leisure, consultation sessions and various child-rearing lectures can be held, and parents can interact with one another. ■For: Child residents of Minato Ward who are no older than around 3 years old and their guardian(s). *Children may not be left in the custody of the facility. ■Usage Charges: Free of charge. *An extra charge may be required for lectures depending on there nature. *Please have proof of your being a resident of Minato Ward (health insurance card, driver's license, passport, etc.) with you.
